We started the morning under fresh snowfall, which transformed the landscape into a white Himalayan wonderland. The trail looked completely different compared to the ascent — peaceful, quiet, and incredibly scenic. As the morning progressed, the snow slowly gave way to clear weather, revealing a bright blue sky above the towering mountains surrounding the valley.
While descending past Langtang Village and toward Ghodatabela, we were lucky enough to spot rare Himalayan wildlife, including a musk deer and white langur monkeys swinging through the forest. These unexpected sightings made the trek even more memorable.
